Deep cleaning

Whether you clean your house yourself or have someone else do it for you, this is the service we suggest you start with. It is very detailed, similar to the move-in/out service except it does not include the inside of the fridge and conventional oven (these can be added at any time for $35.00 each), and will set your house up for continued cleanliness.

House cleaning

After you moved in and had a "move-in cleaning", or after we have performed a "deep cleaning" at your current house, this is the perfect service to keep it in good shape in the long run. We recommend a weekly cleaning if you have pets, or several family members living in the home, or you might opt for every two weeks or even monthly cleaning.

Move-in/Out cleaning

We will clean everything from ceiling fans to baseboards and everything in between. This is the service real estate companies hire us to do when they want to prepare a property for sale.

After party cleaning

Parties are fabulous, cleaning up afterward can be painful. But we got you covered, so party on and do not worry about tomorrow because Franklin's Cleaning is coming to your rescue!

Inside refrigerator cleaning

This service is not included in the regular "house cleaning" service, but can be added to it at any time!

Inside conventional oven clean

This service is not included in the regular "house cleaning" service, but can be added to it at any time!

Laundry Service

A $50 laundry service is offered on weekly or bi-weekly services and covers two laundry baskets (wash, dry, and fold).

 

Hourly Service

Hourly service is also available for deep cleanings at the rate of $100 per hour, and it includes equipment, supplies, and 2 workers.

 

A $40 fee will be charged for cancelations within 24 hours from your cleaning appointment.
